I can no longer go on the trip, what do I do now?
We advise you to take out a cancellation insurance, it doesn't cost much and saves you a lot of costs. If you can no longer come along, but you find a replacement, you have to send us all the necessary information at least 7 days before departure and we will change the reservation free of charge.
If you take out cancellation insurance and you are covered by the conditions, you will be reimbursed for your trip (with the exception of the cancellation insurance costs).
If you have not taken out cancellation insurance and you wish to cancel your trip, you will be refunded 50% of the amount if you let us know more than 4 weeks before departure, 25% if you let us know 2-4 weeks before departure and 0% if you let us know less than 2 weeks before departure.
