I need to cancel my booking but I didn't get the cancellation insurance. Can I be reimbursed what I paid for the trip?

I'm sad to hear you won't be joining us anymore 😔If you didn't take the cancellation insurance, you basically have two options:

- Either you find someone to replace you and we simply do a switch of profile

- Or you can't find someone to replace you and we can reimburse you following this schedule:

50% of the amount if cancelled more than 4 weeks before departure

25% of the amount if cancelled between 2 and 4 week before departure

0% of the amount if cancelled less than two weeks in advance
